A Florida woman came home from a quick lunch expecting a quiet house. Instead, she found damp paw prints covering her floors — the telltale sign that her Golden Retrievers had turned the backyard pool into their own private party while she was out.
What the Video Shows
The Instagram video, posted by @goldroxgoldens, shows the dogs racing in and out of the house after she'd forgotten to lock the back door. Two dripping Goldens come tearing inside, tails going full speed, one of them still carrying a tennis ball and completely unbothered by the trail of water he's leaving behind. Another dog is caught mid-exit from the pool while a third pauses for a full-body shake, sending water flying everywhere.
How Big It Got
The clip was named TAG24's Viral Video of the Day for September 16 and has racked up more than 473,000 likes. Part of the appeal is how unfazed the dogs are about the chaos they've caused — there's no guilt, just pure joy, while their owner surveys the damage.
