Only the two "Avatar" films and "Avengers: Endgame" ($2.797 billion) now sit ahead of it globally.

Domestically, the film has made $855.2 million and is running about $40 million ahead of "The Force Awakens'" pace at the same point in its release, putting it on track to challenge that film's $935.6 million domestic record, though crossing $1 billion at home looks unlikely.
